From process analysis to the implementation of operational solutions.
OVO works with local governments and businesses to design and implement logistics solutions tailored to downtown areas. Our expertise combines traffic flow analysis, modal shift, local infrastructure, digital tools, and operational support.
Assess needs
Identification of traffic flows, land uses, and land-use constraints in order to determine the appropriate scale of the necessary services and infrastructure.
Designing Solutions
Developing neighborhood-specific scenarios: local services, NanoHubs, existing or shared storage facilities, digital tools, and management models.
Experiment and Deploy
Implementation of pilot projects, collection of real-world data, and support for the deployment of hub networks tailored to the region’s needs.
Deploy a network of connected warehouses
OVO works with cities and landowners to create a network of logistics spaces, from planning through to operation. We analyze needs, identify available spaces, and define their uses and access rules.
Existing facilities are leveraged, and when the network needs to be expanded, NanoHubs can be deployed quickly. All locations are then connected within a single network, with centralized management of availability, reservations, and access.
OVO coordinates infrastructure, operators, and usage to provide an operational service to carriers, while allowing cities and property owners to retain control over each location.
We help companies adapt their logistics to the constraints of downtown areas by combining modal shift, complex flow management, and multimodal organization.
Analyze and simulate
Analysis of traffic flows, vehicles, infrastructure, and required resources. OVO Planner allows you to simulate different scenarios and compare their performance.
Field Testing & Data Collection
Deployment of proof-of-concept projects using the vehicles, equipment, and resources needed to validate the solutions under real-world conditions.
Integrate and Support
Support for the integration of OVO Planner, process improvements, and the adoption of new tools by operational teams.
Measuring the Impact of Solutions
Environmental indicators incorporated into decision-making
Impact assessment is an integral part of our support services, for both public and private sector clients.
OVO Planner incorporates the calculation of CO₂ emission reductions based on the Mobitool methodology. It allows users to estimate in advance the savings associated with various logistics scenarios and then measure the reductions achieved during operations.
This approach provides comparable data to guide decision-making, document results, and track environmental impact over time.

Examples of Completed Projects
Preliminary Studies for Eco-Neighborhoods
OVO analyzes traffic flows in a neighborhood and develops several scenarios for local logistics services. Each proposal combines the necessary infrastructure, vehicles, digital tools, and management model.
Depending on the local government’s decisions, the study may be followed by a pilot project and then by the gradual rollout of a sustainable service tailored to the neighborhood’s evolving needs.
As part of a NanoHub pilot project, OVO analyzed the environmental benefits of shifting deliveries from trucks to cargo bikes. The study quantified the reductions in emissions and provided an objective basis for evaluating the development of the solution.
