Allocate resources, manage access, coordinate teams
OVO Booking allows logistics operators to reserve transshipment spaces and grant access to their employees through a centralized interface.
Currently used by OVO to manage its NanoHubs networks, the solution will be offered to other operators starting in 2027.
One interface, multiple use cases
Share a network of warehouses
OVO Booking centralizes reservations and access for a NanoHub, an existing facility, or a network combining multiple types of infrastructure.
Manage Access to NanoHubs
Operators reserve their time slots through OVO Booking. Drivers then use the OVO NanoHub app to locate the hubs and access them during the authorized time period.
Sharing Autonomous Vehicles
OVO Booking can connect to fleet orchestration tools to manage the reservation and deployment of autonomous vehicles across multiple operators.
From Dispatch to Warehouse Access
Register Drivers
OVO Booking centralizes reservations and access for a NanoHub, an existing facility, or a network combining multiple types of infrastructure.
Locate and open the hub
The driver locates the depot in the app, starts the route using Google Maps, and opens the hub via Bluetooth during their shift.
Reserve and Assign Access
In OVO Booking, the scheduler selects the depot and time slot, then designates the authorized drivers.
Forward the information
Photos and proof of delivery can be sent to the dispatch department. An API connection also allows for automated notifications.
Two complementary interfaces
OVO Booking for Planning Teams
A web interface for viewing available resources, making reservations, and managing access for each team.
OVO NanoHub App for Drivers
A mobile app to locate storage facilities, navigate to them, open them, and enter information related to the operation.
