Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by OVO Sàrl through its digital application, which enables access to, reservation of, and use of Nano-Hubs for secure and connected parking.

2. Registration and Use

Creating an Account: Access to the services requires the creation of a user account through the app. The user warrants that the information provided is accurate.
Reservations and Subscriptions: Users can choose between monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go options. Specific terms are outlined in the app.
Access to Nano-Hubs: Access to the hubs is enabled through the app, based on real-time availability.

3. Rates and Payment

Pricing: The applicable rates (per subscription or per session) are clearly indicated in the app and may be revised by OVO Sàrl at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Payment: Payments are made exclusively online using the secure methods available in the app.

4. Responsibilities and Obligations

From the User: The user agrees to use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to respect the infrastructure made available.
From OVO Sàrl: OVO Sàrl guarantees the proper functioning of the Nano-Hubs and the application, within the limits of available technical resources.

5. Cancellations and Terminations

Reservation Cancellation: Users may cancel a reservation in accordance with the terms set forth in the app.
Subscription Cancellation: Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the app, effective at the end of the current month.

6. Data Protection

In accordance with Swiss data protection regulations, personal information collected through the app is used solely for the purposes of the services offered. For more details, please see our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

OVO Sàrl cannot be held liable in the event of:
Force majeure affecting the availability of the Nano-Hubs.
Misuse of the services by the user.

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising from the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

OVO Sàrl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via the app or by email at least one month before the changes take effect.
