Fair and humane working conditions are central to OVO, which has ruled out pay-per-delivery and on-call work from the very beginning.
Work is organized into 2- to 4-hour shifts, 1 to 4 days a week, depending on the courier\u2019s availability and the open shifts.

In January 2020, three friends came up with a project that would have a positive impact on Geneva: replacing some truck deliveries with cargo bikes. The company was launched that summer. With support from the EIT, OVO is rolling out shared transfer zones in Brussels and the Barcelona metropolitan area. These multi-stakeholder infrastructure systems, used by Belgian and Spanish logistics operators and managed remotely by OVO, represent a new service designed to help public authorities organize and support urban logistics within their jurisdictions.<\/p>\n
